To begin the order process simply fill out this form.

Once we receive and review your form, someone will contact you to go over and confirm all the details. Then, we can process your deposit (half the total) and add your order to the production schedule.

Payment Options

Credit Cards/DebitCards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For the safety and security of our clients, we process all transactions over the phone with a secure terminal.

Checks - Checks should be made payable to "Dual Structure & Style, Inc." and mailed to: 1841 Babcock Boulevard, Unit 5, Pittsburgh, PA 15209.

Cash - We accept cash for in-person purchases only. Please do not mail cash.

Sales Tax - California residents are subject to current additional sales tax rate.
