Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each unit is custom-built to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures production time, materials, and custom fabrication specific to your build.

If your unit arrives damaged, do not accept delivery. Notify the delivery team immediately and contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the carrier to assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement when appropriate.
