Shipping & Production Time

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

• Standard Units
  Shipped via white glove blanket wrap freight for a flat rate of $650. This includes full insurance for the total value of the unit.

• Platforms (ordered separately)
  Shipped via FedEx Ground for a flat rate of $60. Tracking information will be provided once your item is in transit.

All products are built to order in our U.S. workshop. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production from the date of purchase. Production timelines may vary based on order volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on location and carrier schedules.

If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Deposits are non-refundable. Each unit is custom-built, and your deposit secures production time and materials.

If your unit arrives damaged, do not accept delivery. Notify the delivery team immediately and contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a repair or replacement if needed.
